Gerhardy Cleaning Services offers straightforward, project-based pricing for apartments, homes, renters, homeowners, landlords, and property managers.
We price by the project, not by the hour. Pricing is based on the type of cleaning, property size, condition, and scope of work. Photos may be requested so we can confirm the scope and provide an accurate price before cleaning begins.
Standard Cleaning
Small Apartment Standard Cleaning — Starting at $150
For studios and small apartments up to 500 sq. ft. that need routine cleaning and upkeep.
Standard cleaning includes:
- Kitchen counters and accessible surfaces
- Sink and faucet cleaning
- Appliance exteriors
- Bathroom surfaces, toilet, tub and/or shower
- General dusting
- Accessible surfaces
- Vacuuming
- Mopping and hard-floor cleaning
- General tidying of the cleaning area
Standard cleaning is intended for routine maintenance. Heavy buildup, excessive grease, soap scum, heavy pet hair, excessive clutter, or areas requiring detailed restoration may require Deep Cleaning or an adjusted quote.
Larger apartments and homes are quoted based on property size, layout, number of bathrooms, stairs, condition, and overall scope.
Deep Cleaning
Starting at $250
For a studio or small apartment up to 500 sq. ft.
Deep Cleaning is intended for properties that need more detailed attention than routine maintenance cleaning.
Depending on the condition and agreed-upon scope, Deep Cleaning may include:
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Built-up grease and grime removal
- Baseboards
- Doors and trim
- Detailed dusting
- Cabinet exteriors
- Fixtures
- Appliance exteriors
- Vacuuming
- Mopping and hard-floor cleaning
- Additional attention to areas with accumulated buildup
Final price is determined by property size, condition, buildup, and scope of work.
Larger properties, heavily soiled areas, excessive pet hair, clutter, or properties requiring substantially more labor will be quoted individually.
Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
Starting at $250
Designed for renters moving out, homeowners moving in or out, landlords, investors, and property managers preparing a property for its next occupant.
Depending on the agreed-upon scope, Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning may include:
- Kitchen cleaning
- Bathroom cleaning
- Appliance exteriors
- Baseboards
- Doors and trim
- Closets
- Fixtures
- Accessible surfaces
- Vacuuming
- Mopping and hard-floor cleaning
- Empty cabinet and drawer interiors when included in the quote
Final price is determined by property size, condition, and scope of work.
Please let us know whether the property will be vacant at the time of service and whether belongings, furniture, or trash will remain.
Interior Window Cleaning
$10 Per Standard Interior Window
Interior window cleaning can be added to another cleaning service for $10 per standard single-pane interior window.
Standalone Interior Window Cleaning — $70 Minimum
The standalone service includes up to 7 standard single-pane interior windows.
Additional standard single-pane interior windows are $10 each.
Multi-pane, oversized, unusually dirty, specialty, or difficult-to-access windows may be priced differently. We clean interior windows only unless otherwise agreed upon.
Optional Add-On Services
Add-ons can be included with an eligible cleaning service when requested in advance.
Inside Refrigerator — Starting at $40
Cleaning of the interior of an empty standard residential refrigerator. Heavily soiled refrigerators may require an adjusted quote.
Inside Oven — Starting at $50
Interior cleaning of one standard residential oven. Heavy grease or significant buildup may require an adjusted quote.
Inside Cabinets & Drawers — Starting at $40
Cleaning of empty cabinet and drawer interiors. Pricing depends on quantity and condition.
Stairs — $25 Per Flight
Cleaning of one standard flight of stairs.
Interior Windows — $10 Per Standard Single-Pane Window
When added to another cleaning service, the 7-window standalone minimum does not apply.
Custom Quotes
Every property is different. Larger homes, unusual layouts, heavy buildup, excessive clutter, significant pet hair, or cleaning needs outside our standard scope may require a custom quote.
For the most accurate estimate, please provide:
- Property location
- Approximate square footage
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Type of cleaning needed
- Current photos of the areas to be cleaned
Your price will be confirmed before cleaning begins.

We are a family-run, insured cleaning company. We use project-based pricing rather than hourly billing, so you know the agreed-upon cost and scope before work begins.
Additional services or work outside the agreed-upon scope will be discussed and priced before being added.
