Standard Cleaning
Best for: Homes that are cleaned regularly and need routine maintenance.
Standard Cleaning Includes:

Standard Cleaning Does Not Typically Include:
✘ Inside oven
✘ Inside refrigerator
✘ Inside cabinets and drawers
✘ Interior windows
✘ Heavy grease buildup
✘ Heavy soap scum or hard water removal
✘ Extensive baseboard detailing
Deep Cleaning
Best for: First-time clients, seasonal cleaning, or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently.
Deep Cleaning includes everything in a Standard Cleaning, plus:
✔ Baseboards
✔ Doors and door frames
✔ Light switches
✔ Detailed bathroom scrubbing
✔ Heavy soap scum and hard water removal (when possible)
✔ Detailed kitchen cleaning
✔ Extra attention to high-touch surfaces
✔ Additional detail work throughout the home
✔ Interior window glass, as needed*
*Interior window glass refers to safely accessible interior glass with fingerprints, smudges, pet marks, and similar buildup. Extensive interior window cleaning is not included and may be added separately. Exterior window cleaning is not offered.
A Deep Cleaning creates a fresh starting point before beginning recurring maintenance cleanings.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Best for: Vacant homes, apartments, rental turnovers, and homes being prepared for sale.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning includes:
✔ Everything included in a Deep Cleaning
✔ Inside cabinets and drawers
✔ Inside oven (upon request)
✔ Inside refrigerator (upon request)
✔ Closets
✔ Interior windows (where safely accessible)
✔ Detailed cleaning of empty rooms

Pre-Listing Cleaning
Best for: Homeowners, real estate agents, landlords, and property professionals preparing a home for listing photos, showings, open houses, or sale.
Pre-Listing Cleaning Includes:
✔ Dusting accessible surfaces
✔ Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
✔ Cleaning kitchen countertops and sinks
✔ Cleaning exterior of appliances
✔ Cleaning cabinet and drawer exteriors
✔ Vacuuming carpets and rugs
✔ Sweeping and mopping hard floors
✔ Cleaning baseboards, doors, trim, and high-touch surfaces
✔ Cleaning mirrors
✔ Interior window glass and window sills
✔ Removing ordinary dust, dirt, grease, grime, and buildup
✔ Emptying trash
✔ Final attention to visible areas that affect the home’s presentation
Pre-Listing Cleaning Does Not Typically Include:
✖ Exterior window cleaning
✖ Carpet extraction or professional carpet cleaning
✖ Paint removal
✖ Adhesive or construction-material removal
✖ Scraping finished surfaces
✖ Repairing scratches, stains, or surface damage
✖ Floor refinishing or restoration
✖ Construction or post-construction cleanup
✖ Removal requiring solvents, abrasives, or specialized restoration methods
*Please note: Pre-listing cleaning is intended to clean and prepare the home for presentation. It does not include repair or restoration work. Homeowners should ensure that painters and contractors properly protect flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and other finished surfaces during repairs or renovations. If specialized removal or restoration is requested and is a service we can safely provide, it will be evaluated and priced separately.
